Herb-Buttered, Pan-Seared Scallops
Scallops pan seared in an herb butter made from our Garden Herb mix, served on a spring mix salad! Season the scallops with a little salt and pepper, heat your pan over medium heat, add the herb butter and cook the scallops 3-4 minutes each side.
Flavored Dipping Starter
Easy starter idea! Add a little of our dip mix (we used French Herb and Garlic) to a high quality olive oil, serve with crusty bread! Delicious and soooo easy!
Seasoned Turkey
Turkey breast seasoned with our Garlic Dill mix! I made a paste with some of the mix and olive oil and rubbed all over the turkey and worked it under the skin. Roast at 375 until the breast registers 165 degrees in the innermost part (I estimate 20 minutes per pound). Let the turkey rest 20 minutes before carving.
